Waiting for a promised fix for three weeks – myTranslator.io: Voice and Text Translator Review

The entire set does not appear on my System and does not ask permission to use the microphone so no voice is possible. An email said a fix was imminent. Not yet now after three weeks. Sorry but I'll have to ask for a credit until you notify me of the fix.
