I haven't used many translation apps, but this one understands what I say and does an impressive job translating. It still has glitches, but it’s a good start. I can’t get it to open the Irish language - it substitutes something with a similar flag instead. I hope the developer works to improve it - it’s worth the time!
Seems to do the trick but you're forced to tap off a pop up window after every translation. Very difficult to use it properly with the pop-up.
