Can't Buy Restaurant – Youda Sushi Chef Premium Review

I've made it to the third restaurant, but when I click buy nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and now I'm trying to buy the 2nd restaurant and nothing happens when I click buy. I spent money and bought the premium version and am very angry that I can't play all the way through!
