Where are my old issues? – Esquire UK Review

This is the second time you do a major upgrade to the app and completely disregard the users needs to save old issues. The same thing happened the last time, you completely deleted all the issues that were older than six months.why would you do that if I paid for them? Where are they and how can I get them back? It is very disturbing that you unilaterally decided to delete or keep issues of your choice. The first time I asked for credit and you gave me a very convoluted way to request for the credit. It is impossible to do. Please return all my old digital old issues. You can't be trusted to store my previous "purchases" and make them available to me. I paid for them so where are they?
