Actually utilizes the Apple Watch – Rep Counting Interval Trainer by Bodbot Review

These BodBot guys have done it again. There are so many apps out there that are just smaller versions of themselves on the Apple Watch. This is not one of them. It actually uses your heart rate AND tracks your reps and how well you do them to adapt how difficult your workout is, in real time. So cool.
