Keeps asking for an internet connection when one is already provided. Please fix it b/c I prefer not to have to find another app to do all the things this one does.

This is the most advanced apple watch fitness app. It gives you personalized workouts based on your body, goals and recent activity, counts reps as you do them, and then uses your heart rate to determine rest time between sets. Amazing, haven't found anything like it.

These BodBot guys have done it again. There are so many apps out there that are just smaller versions of themselves on the Apple Watch. This is not one of them. It actually uses your heart rate AND tracks your reps and how well you do them to adapt how difficult your workout is, in real time. So cool.

Functionality counting reps is awesome and incredibly helpful during workouts. Adjustments are smart and targeted, allows me to get more out of my Apple Watch.

Was asked to help review. I'm giving 3 because I've only completed 4 workouts so far. But I'm not seeing any value yet in the watch app. The rep 'counter' does not really work. Loses count if it ever starts. Not sure I see the difference from original BodBot app. I will continue to use bodbot for my at home workouts because they do fit my life style and adjust according to my level of effort. RepCounter still need work.
