PLEASE--ADDRESS THESE ISSUES!!! – Multiplayer Crossword Puzzle Review

Reported in first review that I lost $19.99 for ad-removal, & STILL no one has contacted me. Then tonight, it appears there was an update, & the majority of my tokens are gone--from over 12,000 tokens down to 2,000. Annoying also is that game frequently crashes in middle of multiplayer competition. PLEASE Boathouse Games--address these issues! Sending this review also via email--to try once again for a response. You have my money--please be fair and do the right thing. Thank you.
