Doesn't work with new minecraft update – Multiplayer for minecraft edition with Public IP Review

I updated minecraft a few days ago and this app doesn't work with it anymore. When I click join I see no worlds and when I go back to the multimine app it back at the homescreen. Fix pleaseee
