Help me – Face Edit - Selfie Editor, Retouch, & Tune Review

I love this app it smooths your skin perfectly unlike a lot of apps that just make your face look blurred out . But recently the smooth option isn't working it just spins then goes to a white page. I've downloading deleted and redone loaded and nothing changes and it won't let me report the problem which is why I'm writing it here. But everything else works fine. Can you please fix so I can start using this app again.
