Black Screen – Little Finder - The Hidden Object Game for Kids Review

I downloaded this app because of the great reviews and usefulness, but there is only a black screen when I open this app. I'm not sure if its because this app is not supported on iPad pro or not. No reply from company when I emailed them about the issue.
