Thank you – Olumia Life Review

Finally an app that lets me work at my own pace to lose weight. Other apps make me feel bad when I skip a day or don't follow it exactly. Olumia life gives me the coaching when I need it and ready for it. I can work out at home or a gym or while traveling and have all the suggestions I need for a good work out. Also now my friends ask me about recipes and for suggestions when we eat out. Basically I now have a personal trainer and food expert and sleep expert in my pocket ready to help me at my pace. Thank you for understanding my needs and goals.
