Excellent, Five Stars! – iScout: Safety Reporting Review

It's hard to imagine life before Hazard Scout for our team. Here's how it used to be. Employees used to fill out carbon copy safety forms. Supervisors would take weeks to send them in. Administrators would basically file them in the trash can. It was a hassle for everyone. A complete afterthought. With Hazard Scout, employees submit reports through their phone. Admins get instant notification. We spend zero time shuffling paperwork and a lot more time talking through "near misses". What's even better is that everybody has access to what they need. So if a supervisor needs to know who is out of date on a training, he can just look on Hazard Scout. Before HS, he had to call HR. I'm thrilled to see the new iPhone app! Now we can view PDFs and submit reports without an internet connection. We can also send alerts to our employees. There's also a QR reader, but we haven't used that yet. Overall, HS is an excellent product. It totally changed things for us.
