Great app, a but rough on the edges – Neeo Messenger with Translator Review

This app kills my phone battery. 100% to 0% super fast. I looked in the battery settings and this app's background activity was using over 90% of the battery. I'd love to use it. But have to uninstall it. I tried contacting them for support but got no response.
