It's just Alright – What's Your IQ? - IQ Test with Personalized Report Review

This app is so-so. The free test was nice and quick and gave me a (more or less) accurate score. However, don't waste your money on the full test, as there were multiple formatting issues making some questions difficult or impossible to answer. Buyer beware!
