I get the point of the penalty payment, but it sure doesn't make me want to be honest when I don't know where that money is going! I would be willing to pay money for slip ups if it went to say, a charity, not to the app developers, when I have no idea what they will do with it. Prices for slip ups even at beginning levels are exorbitant!
