They get many orders wrong – Postmates - Food Delivery Review

I don't know what happened to Postmates. For the prices they charge you would think they can verify the orders. There is a problem with about 1 in 3 of our orders. Customer service is much worse now as well. They no longer make you whole when they screw up your order, such as forgetting one of your entrees.
