I have Alex as my personal trainer and he responds very quickly and the app itself is very user friendly. I feel like I will be making progress in my health and fitness goals much better, quicker and efficient than I ever did before....I totally recommend this app, and if you are too lucky like me, you will get the super awesome Alex :)
