Review – HIIT Workout Trainer LegButt Core Arm Gym Workouts Review
I've been doing the workout for 4 days and I like it so far. It's pretty quick, not necessarily easy, but I'm getting it done. I have muscle fatigue and some next day soreness, which tells me I'm getting a good work out! I get a good sweat going, too.
