Game potential stunted with poor support and over-pricing – Kingdoms of Camelot: Battle Review

I've played this game on and off over the course of five years. It has always been prone to crashes and memory leaks that require force-reloading the game every few minutes if you use the essential game map. I've always enjoyed the in-game user community. KoC is illustrated with quality 2D icons. Unfortunately many of these are distorted. The in-game "gem" currency is extremely expensive in the long run. Occasionally the game even 'takes back' winnings, claiming they don't exist. Game support ignores most issues submitted, and rarely to benefit the end user. To be fair, some users may try to recover losses in battle that are not Gaia's fault. If it weren't for the great users I've met and my heavy investment of time and money, I'd quit. Still may have to quit if this company continues to ignore their customers and app remains so unstable. Also, I've tried KoC on 5 different iOS devices--trust me the game instability involves their servers and game software.
