This game can't Suport the upgrade, I can't log in to the game and costumer service is not help at all. I been playing for year and that's the only reason I still play but game is going down in every posible way, lots of ppl quitting by the day. FIX THE GAME GAEA.

After experiencing game problems as usual, I tried to remove and reload the game. But now won't let me in . Saying my email accnt at game does not exist and not registered. Really? Been in this game for years and now it's all gone the drain. Thanks for nothing GAEA/KABAM you're trully a con.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't know where you hire your staff but just fire them all. A Mr. Smith and I had a go back and forth in emails. I proved him wrong several times in each of his automated responses, and my issue never got solved. People are quitting left and right, and the servers are dying. I've been playing this game for nearly five years, and today is the day I call it quits. Good riddance.

This game has gone from bad to horrible. Error messages that my ID is incorrect, although I have used it for 3 years. Customer service is pathetically slow and unwilling to address issues. I don't know how they stay in business.
Game potential stunted with poor support and over-pricing

I've played this game on and off over the course of five years. It has always been prone to crashes and memory leaks that require force-reloading the game every few minutes if you use the essential game map. I've always enjoyed the in-game user community. KoC is illustrated with quality 2D icons. Unfortunately many of these are distorted. The in-game "gem" currency is extremely expensive in the long run. Occasionally the game even 'takes back' winnings, claiming they don't exist. Game support ignores most issues submitted, and rarely to benefit the end user. To be fair, some users may try to recover losses in battle that are not Gaia's fault. If it weren't for the great users I've met and my heavy investment of time and money, I'd quit. Still may have to quit if this company continues to ignore their customers and app remains so unstable. Also, I've tried KoC on 5 different iOS devices--trust me the game instability involves their servers and game software.

Game is garbage and Gaea / Kabam, the makers of this game are only interested in one thing and that's money. They don't care about players having fun or a rewarding experience. Kingdoms of Camelot is the biggest rip off game on the planet. If you spend money on this game you won't get what you pay for and will be left feeling like a total sucker. Do not download this game. This game, in classic Ponzi scheme fashion will end up going down in flames eventually and everything the players have paid and worked for will be gone. They also have the poorest customer support I've ever experienced.

Must say its a great game, it's the first online war game I have ever played. In the year and change I have been playing, I have seen some great moments and some that where not so great. Overall fun game, you meet people and build real bonds. Most alliances help you grow and some are stuck on being the top alliance. Of you decide to play come to boros60 and look for us ( DeadRabbits) ... Either way play the game spend a little money on gem when/ if you can to make it a bit more competitive.
