First one that works – Scanify - Barcode Scanner, Shopping Assistant, and QR Code Reader & Generator Review

This is the first upc scanner I was able to get for free that works,the others I tried either hung up(I waited at least a min) or took me to a google page,I'm going to upgrade to the paid version!
