Seriously, when you expect it to stream, it decides to break. Save your money and switch to fireTV or Roku. Alphabet soup aka google is a shadow of its former self and this product is a sign of their eventual downfall. Netflix? Nope cant see this thing. HBO go? Nope cAnt see it. Amazon, nope google threw them away because they are now anti competition. Just walk away. Remember, they use their brain power to build backdoors for the NSA and broken apps for those that pay the bills.
