Product does not work, poor support – SMB Manager - CIFS Client Review

Rather disappointing, given claimed features.. Advertizement looks good! Appears to be the all in one I file manager.. SMBbrowser shows files on Readynas and other SMB shares on windows, Mac, Linux and other OSes. However all attempts to open or view any file aborts with mysterious 'file failed' message. Fails to open any file on SMB ver1,2,3 shares. As a network storage architect, this ones a dud. GoodReader or the older BuzzPlayer work better. Last comment.. repeated emails to support unanswered.
