Too complicated – Better Health Market Review

This was unnecessary. It takes forever to check out now. If We aren't waiting for the costumer in front of us to figure out their discounts, people are waiting for us. Half the time I have to hand my phone over to the cashier who is also confused by the app.. I've missed out on using my rewards discount more than once because the cashier already completed my order and my husband paid while I was staring down at my phone looking for the stupid coupon. We now dread going to Better Health. My husband also doesn't have a smart phone. Pretty crappy for a store to assume everyone is attached to iPhones. It was a bad idea that hopefully goes away sooner than later. In the meantime we will go when we have to but Whole Foods will be seeing us more often.
