Too complicated

This was unnecessary. It takes forever to check out now. If We aren't waiting for the costumer in front of us to figure out their discounts, people are waiting for us. Half the time I have to hand my phone over to the cashier who is also confused by the app.. I've missed out on using my rewards discount more than once because the cashier already completed my order and my husband paid while I was staring down at my phone looking for the stupid coupon. We now dread going to Better Health. My husband also doesn't have a smart phone. Pretty crappy for a store to assume everyone is attached to iPhones. It was a bad idea that hopefully goes away sooner than later. In the meantime we will go when we have to but Whole Foods will be seeing us more often.

I've never experienced a POS system like this. If you're a "member", there can be 3-4 steps before payment.
Doesn't work so great

It's nice to be able to see the sales / specials, although it doesn't really do much for me since the items I normally buy don't tend to be on sale. The fact that the coupon (20% off, etc) virtually never work and the cashier has to manually enter it is frustrating. I do like the fact that I can use my rewards ($5 off, etc) from the app. It also doesn't feel very user friendly and the cashiers don't usually know what to press or how to work the app either.

I have never had an app so complicated to use and the glitches are not being fixed. The member coupons (10%, 15%, 20%) no longer show up so the cashiers have to manually enter them. This app really needs to be redesigned!!!
Not user friendly

Timed rewards are terrible. Every thing is on sale for 10 cents off so you can’t get the 20% off on weekends. Even with 20% off things are cheaper at other stores. Using this app is horrible, what a marketing genius that got this going.
Can’t log in

The app randomly logged me out, and I’ve been logged in for so long I have no idea what my password is. I tried to reset it, but every time I go to the reset password page and enter my email, nothing happens. I haven’t gotten any email with my password after trying for almost two weeks. There is no way to ask for help on the app or anyone on twitter to reach out to. I know I had a few rewards and I have no way to redeem them now. Please fix this.
