LOST ALL PROGRESS! For SECOND TIME!?!? – My Dear Kitty Review

I've been playing this game for a few years now. I've always enjoyed it. BUT.... I've lost ALL PROGRESS FOR SECOND TIME NOW!?!? I play on my iPad & iPhone both & it's happened on both devices over the past several months. All I did was tap on the app icon to open it & next thing I see is the kitty playing & saying how happy it is & a button to return to title page. This is the second time it's done this on my iPad & it's done it once on my iPhone a few months back. This is REALLY REALLY AGGRAVATING!!! Especially when my bonus percentage was OVER a MILLION!!! I tried to contact developers but their website is in all Japanese. So how am I supposed to contact them? I am now in search for a new clicker game. I've had it! What's the point of playing & making so much progress only to have it took away at ANYTIME!?!? I'm fed up! It's sad because I REALLY, REALLY enjoy the game.
