No reply – Videon Review

After all the favorable reviews, I thought this was a sure thing for a nicer video recording app. I recorded several shots for a project I'm working on (about an hour's work) only to find the app will not let me save to the camera roll. Assuming this was a glitch or possibly an operator error I emailed support for help; no reply after over a week. The videos are still there in the app but ultimately useless if I can't save them to camera roll for use with my preferred editing app and I'm afraid I'll loose my work if I uninstall/ reinstall. I'd know more if support were better.
