? – Videon Review

So when I went into the app of course it asked me would I like to access the camera and microphone. And of course is said yes to both. But then it told me to go to settings and go into privacy and activate on there instead... So I did that the app didn't pop up in microphone, nor camera... If anybody knows how, plz tell me
