? – Chess Coach for SocialChess Review

This app use to work very well, now it doesn't. No help available when I click the 'help with app' button on this download spot. It sends you to the company website, which has no customer service or help feature. I use the basic board on Social Chess, but it thinks the screen shot I take is from a 3-D board and won't process the board. Maybe some day they will come out with a fix. It may take a awhile because there is no way to let them know it doesn't work.
