App causes SpringBoard crashes in iOS 10 – Microsoft Outlook Review

Frequently when getting notifications from Outlook or while using the app, SpringBoard will crash. This does not happen with any other app. It is not my phone, I actually got my phone replaced, and it still happens. Please fix this.
