Poor customer service – Ibotta: Save & Earn Cash Back Review

Like other reviewers have said, Ibotta starts to deny receipts and coupons for no reason. They send the exact same message over and over again, an huge red flag that they are just sending automated messages and not responding. The only way to get them to actually respond to any issue is to go through the Better Business Bureau, which pretty ridiculous.
