Not everyone has 3D Touch – YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream Review

I read the summary of what was in the new update and it says you use 3D Touch to view options for users. So does that mean people with 3D Touch can't mention people anymore?? How do you do it without it? And the comment section is horrible. I usually never review apps but I had to with this.
