Love it when it works, but paralyzing and unable to fix it when it is bad – DynaMed Mobile Review

My biggest issue is occasionally when I am in a topic, the 'back' button to return for a new search disappears, so I am completely unable to change topics. This ruins the app and it is unusable to look up "PVD" when I am stuck on "neck mass" Doesn't fix when I close and restart the app, or even if I delete and re-download.
