Great game but... – Mortal Kombat Review

I like this game, I really do, it's all I play, but one thing I find really annoying and messed up is I spent over 600 souls now on the slasher Jason pack, the first 200 I got him and was so excited to fusion his card to the VII level but when I went in the store he wasn't in there so I realized you need to buy the pack every time to try to get him, the next 200 I spent I got the kold war Sonya blade, then the next 200 I got grandmaster sub zero, those two were unlocked in the store but Jason still wasn't/isn't, I think it's bull and a rip off to not put specific character cards (like slasher Jason) in the store once you got it from a pack, I am very VERY disappointed...and one more thing is the newest update, I downloaded it and a 2 days later when I try to play I get halfway through the beginning loading screen after the scorpion and sub zero fight and the game goes black and it goes out of the game to my home screen, I haven't been able to play for days and I'm missing the limited time things, I'm really ticked about it..
