I totally got jipped

Hey so I got a Diamond mk11 scarlet and scorpion and sub zero pack for 400 souls which I saved up for a while for but I only realized that there is only a small chance to get a Diamond character after I bought it and I just wasted 400 souls on a gold character I thought it was a garunteed Diamond character but I guess it just wasn’t clear enough so I was hoping I could maybe get some free souls for the lame pack seriously, why is it 400 souls for a gold character and 150 souls for a gold pack?
No saving files after u delete the game and install again even if u waste money on it

This game is great and all but I don’t like that u can’t save ur account so you can’t really uninstall that game with out it deletes games ur whole mk account.

Really like really the fact when you tap to switch a guy and it takes forever then you get killed same thing with the delay of the skills when there full it’s crap so easy to fix and it’s been the same problems since 2016 though yall fixed it guess not huh
Game is great just cutscenes and fatalities

I like the game and all but don’t like that it only has one cutscene between scorpion and sub zero for the tutorial, then they show us how to do the fatality but it’s rarely performed only with specific characters, I feel like this game lacks a lot with that subject
Ridiculous Fights

Most of the normal fights are fine, but challenge fights get to a point where they’re unplayable. Opponents ignoring your strikes, catching you in combos that you literally cannot counter, and using equipment that makes every single attack a block breaker so you have no choice but to die. The only way to beat these fights in a reasonable amount of attempts is to own fully fused and leveled diamond cards, which would cost a ridiculous amount of money. This game needs some major improvements.

Lorsque que je me connecte avec wbplay, je n’arrive plus à retrouver mon ancien compte (level 51) mais me retrouve avec un compte de nouveau joueur, toute ma progression a disparue … je voudrais retrouver mon ancien compte !!!
