Unable to log into app – MyHumana Review

I have tried to log into my account using this app, and I see the following message: Your coverage could not be loaded at this time. Please try again later. I have seen this error message for the past two updates. This is seen when using the app on iOS 9.3.5 and iOS 10.0.1. Please fix this!!!
