Great app that integrates well with Fitbit – Waterlogged — Drink More Water Review

Are you drinking enough water? For several years, I've had health and fitness professionals encourage me to drink 1/2 of my body weight in ounces in order to help my body properly eliminate toxins and keep me well hydrated. (Ex: someone who weighs 150# should drink 75oz of water daily) This is a TOUGH goal to meet, especially if you're relying on your memory to keep track throughout the day. I've used several other good trackers in the past, but recently found this one when I was looking for something that would integrate with my fitness apps. And I love it! It does so much more than I expected, and I keep discovering new features within the app! Although coffee, sports drinks, etc. don't count toward the water goal, this app lets you track those, too. Now I can visualize how much coffee I drink in relation to water. Thankfully I'm no longer drinking a pot of coffee a day, all by myself!
