??? – Truecaller: Spam Caller ID Log Review

How do you turn this thing ON so that daily when I get spam callers it will identify so I don't pick up. I'll give more stars when I get an answer. There needs to be an easy way to contact thus app on the app if t....sorry I was interrupted by another spam call while I was trying to write this. Update: I have yet to get a reply. Still waiting. It will not notify me AS a call is coming in whether it's a spam or not. No sure way to know if I have it turned on or if it's off. Maybe I'm just stupid...but I am a purchaser. Still only 1 star. Update ...I got a reply and the email said the numbers may not be in my "region" what do you mean?? How hard is technology now days...regions should not matter when I can copy the number and tap over to TC and 179 have reported it spam but I'm left holding the phone with a spammer on the other end because it was "not in my region"??
