Can't open the app – PicCells - Photo Collage and Photo Frame editor Review

What's the point of having an app you can't even use. I have an iPhone6 and every time I click on the app it crashes. It takes someone with brain cells to make an app, and these people don't have any. Btw: 90% of the 5 stars on this dumb app are bribed.
