No app support – Secret Calculator + Private photo and video vault Review

Horrible support! Actually NO app support at al!. No replies! I cannot remember my password and cannot get any answers to find out if there is a password reset. All my important notes etc are in this app. I was not given the pop up option to save password in an email. I am very upset as there is informatiion I need and it is hidden behind this app. People are human, and we forget passwords. All other apps that I have ever used have and option to reset password.
