They came thru – Todo Cloud: To-Do List & Tasks Review

Update 1/13/14 - They fixed it. It took longer than I would want and I am a power user. However, today I get the message they fixed it and that is soo wonderful. I love the program and my comments about how it did not work, were my frustration. I think it is the best program for high users and would clearly - if the customer service stayed good - use it. I do wish they had a call number or you could pay more for service 9/16 - The customer support is really good and this still is my go to app for todo lists Great program Bad bad customer service. Do not use!! I had used this program for years. I was a beta tester and was in love with the program. And then I had some problems with syncing my iPad,iphone and computer. I write in and the things they told me to do resulted in now only the cloud works. While they initially would respond to my emails, I have heard nothing since xmas. They have no phone number for customer service and have destroyed my years of todo and my work life. Do not buy unless they customer support is better. I would give zero stars if that was an option!! So sad
