Frustrated – Can You Escape 3 Review

I paid for the bonus levels on this game and I am now EXTREMELY frustrated and of course can find no online help. I am not able to pick up the pliers to clip the tail on the bird which is the first part to solving level 11. Because of this I can't solve so can go no further in the game. Complete waste of money and no one to contact to request a refund or help. Ripoff! Apple go to bat for your customers and either solve the issue or refund!
