All files lost, but found again! – Quip - Docs, Chat, Sheets Review

Have used Quip for months on iPad, and suddenly, I open it to add a document, and the app had reset itself to new user. All my documents are lost!!! Edit: Thanks to Quip's support, my files have been restored! I love this app, took off a star for the "oops".
