Problem, please fix – Jetpack Joyride Review

I have played this game for years and it is good, but there is a problem. I purchased the Back to the future bundle, but i never got it, tried again, this time it let me have it for free, but i still didn't get it. I have done this a couple times and it has never worked. Also, the gadgets reset each time you leave the game, so i have to change one of my gadgets each time i play. Please fix this
