I like it but – InstaBeauty - Makeup Camera! Review

How come when I save the final edited picture it looks perfect on the app but when I go to my photo album the pic has little streaking lines through it? I have downloaded every single photo edit app and they all do this. Even when I save in high res. Why does it do this?
