I don’t understand why your company hasn’t made this iPhone 12 compatible. So when the phones get upgraded all the sudden your app doesn’t work anymore. It will not select a picture it pops right out of the app, it’s terrible! Please get your people to work on fixing this. When I had my iPhone 8 it worked perfectly. I am very disappointed in your product at this point.

I loved this app and would always use it, but recently every time I try to upload a photo it closes out of the app. It’s extremely frustrating and makes the app useless to me. I hope the glitches can be worked out so I can use the app again.

I loved it so much, but after we the last IOS software update, it no longer works. When I try to choose a picture to edit, it just clicks off the app back to the home screen! I am sad, because I have to find a new app to fix my pictures! ??why is the app not working properly now? I see others have said they started having problems with it also! Can we please fix it so we can enjoy using it once again!!!

This used to be my favorite app for photo tweeks and makeup touch ups. However, several months ago (at least 6) it started knocking me out of the app each and every time I tried to select the pic I wanted to edit. After about 2 months of that frustration, I decided to just delete the app, then give it a couple of months, then reinstall. It’s been longer than 2 months since I deleted the app but finally did so this morning. Unfortunately, the exact problem STILL exists. What is the deal? This company needs to get it together or take this app down, because as seen in reviews, I’m not an isolated case of this happening.
App closes with beauty option

Used to like this app a lot, but now shuts down when I choose the beauty option. Have two stars bc makeup option is okay, but same as all other similar apps. Bummer bc the beauty option was great.
