Spawning Issues – Trigger Fist Review

I've noticed a problem that hasn't been fixed or even mentioned, that's the spawning issues. At times, enemies will literally spawn right behind you and kill you. This happens on every game mode and it's especially annoying in "Free-for-all." I know this is a "Be aware of your surroundings" situation, and the game is trying to prevent camping. But it gets frustrating and annoying. Besides that, I've really enjoyed this game.
