From great to so-so – PokéAlert - Realtime Map for Pokémon GO Review

Bubble representation of Pokemon is frustrating. Also, the app does not seems to locate Pokemon accurately. I caught a bunch of Pokemon that did not show up on an alert. Only highly populated areas show Pokemon spawning and less popular areas show nothing at all, even though there are Pokemon to be found. I like the new features but would gladly give them up to have the previous version of this app, which worked great.
