I can't get in the app – Bloons Monkey City Review

It says I need valid internet connection because it needs to have data in order to play, but I am connected to my internet, and I keep exiting and re-enter my internet and then the app and it says the same thing!? plz fix it?I restarted my iPod and it STILL WONT WORK!if u fix it I'll rate 5 stars
