Interesting concept but... – Rome Tycoon Review

When I first saw this game it looked really good and a different type of game from all the candy crush and clash of clans rip offs flooding the App Store. But when I opened it up there was no tutorial or even something to tell you how to play. This really frustrated me as it appears to be pretty complicated and not something someone could figure out quickly. Then, whenever I tried to press on certain buttons, they wouldn't work and would freeze the whole game. Overall it looks like a cool concept that I would love to try but at this point I can't even play the game because of glitches and a lack of any sort of tutorial or instructions.
